Thirty years from the tools to the top of the plan.

I learned how operations really work on the tools, as a trade apprentice with a Tier 1 miner. That grounding shaped everything since. I understand maintenance and planning from the ground up, the kind of credibility that cannot be taught in a classroom.

Over three decades I moved through planning and scheduling, shutdown and campaign coordination, and operations readiness into senior planning leadership, reaching Operations Planning Superintendent on one of Australia's largest LNG projects. I designed work management and SAP PM systems from blank sheets for first-of-kind assets, recovered planning functions that had broken down, and integrated capital projects into live operational shutdowns without losing safety or production.

Along the way I built deep expertise in the systems that run modern asset management, SAP PM and Oracle Primavera P6 chief among them, and earned a LEAN Six Sigma Executive Green Belt applying structured improvement to planning and asset performance. One planning system I designed was independently audited by KPMG and classified as current industry best practice.

I founded Peak CPM to bring that experience directly to the teams who need it, without the overhead of a large consultancy. I am also the designer of VerixIQ, an AI-enabled work management platform now in development, built on the frameworks I have refined over 30 years. The aim is the same in every engagement: leave behind the systems, discipline, and capability that outlast my time on site.
