This Privacy Policy explains how Peak CPM Pty Ltd (ABN 31 684 865 932), referred to as Peak CPM, we, us, or our, handles your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to handling personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We collect only the information we need to respond to you and provide our services. This may include:
- Your name, work email address, company or site name, and job title.
- The content of any enquiry or message you send us.
- Your responses to the Work Management Maturity Assessment and the scores generated from them, along with any context you provide such as industry, maintenance system, and site size.
- Details you provide when you book a call with us.
How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you complete our contact form, complete the maturity assessment, book a call, or email us. We also collect limited, non-identifying information about how the site is used through privacy-friendly analytics, described below.
Why we collect and how we use it
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiry, generate and send you your assessment results, contact you about those results and services that may be relevant where you have agreed, operate and improve our website, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We will not use your information for an unrelated purpose without your consent, unless required or permitted by law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and website, and only as needed:
- Web3Forms, which delivers our contact form and assessment submissions to our inbox.
- Calendly, which we use to schedule calls.
- Google Workspace, which provides our email.
- Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service that reports aggregate site usage without identifying you.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers, including Web3Forms and Calendly, are based overseas, including in the United States, and may store information outside Australia. Where we disclose information to an overseas provider, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics provider measures aggregate usage, such as page views, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. The maturity assessment runs in your browser, and we receive your responses and scores only when you choose to submit your details at the end.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing contact-peak@peak-cpm.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
